Delete your account

You can delete your CobaltFix account at any time — in the app, or by writing to us.

In the app

  1. Open CobaltFix and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

For your security, the app may ask you to sign out and sign in again before it deletes the account.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@cobaltfix.com from the address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We confirm the request and delete the account.

What is deleted, and what is kept

  • Deleted: your sign-in, your profile, and the email, phone number, photo, linked-bank details (bank name and last four digits) and notification settings on it. Other users stop seeing your name and photo.
  • Kept: jobs, payments and reviews you took part in, because the other person in that job needs them too — they show only a first name. Technician verification documents are kept for 12 months after the account stops being active, and records needed for disputes, safety or the law are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
